In America, Black Friday was made to signify the start of the Christmas Shopping season. This day of MEGA savings and discounts has now also been taken over by a lot of other places worldwide, including the UK!!!
We know from experience how crazy and stressful Black Friday can be. From large queues, to pushing and shoving, Black Friday can ruin a shoppers experience of finding a bargain!
However, with the current situation we find ourselves in in 2020 mass crowds on the high street is a no no. So, shopping online it is!
Many of us love shopping online, we can do it from the comfort of our own home, without the stress and bother of having to get ready and face the crowds.
But, with the large majority of people shopping online this Black Friday, things could get a bit tricky too!
So we’re here to help! See below our top tips for surviving Black Friday Online!!!
1 – Know what you want and where you can get it from
This will help save loads of time and stress on the day discounts get launched. If you know where to look, the exact model and colour etc. of the item you want to buy, you’ll be more likely to get it on the day!
2 – Have your payment method ready!
Whether it be Credit/Debit card, PayPal or a gift voucher, know how you’re going to buy your items! Having your cards ready next to you while you shop online will make the payment section a lot quicker.
3 – Create a User
Some websites want you to create a log in before you buy. If the website you will be buying from will get you to do this, it would be a good idea to create the user prior to Black Friday, again so the payment is a lot quicker.
4 – Use Social Media
When you know the brands and companies you want to purchase from follow them on Social Media platforms! By doing this you will be able to see when discounts are live and when new products drop!
5 – Check your details before you press BUY
If you’re shopping in a rush you’re likely to put some details in wrong when it comes to delivery address or size/colour of an item. So it is important to check through your basket and other pieces of information BEFORE you press buy, to make sure it is all correct to avoid any unwanted surprises when the delivery comes.
5 – Know how to get your DISCOUNT!!!
With it being the sale season a lot of companies will have discount codes for their shoppers! Make sure to look for these before you make your purchase. You don’t want to miss out on a bargain, especially on Black Friday!
We hope these 5 tips will help you with your Black Friday shopping experience!
