A contemporary but classically simple solid sterling silver heart pendant with brushed matte 14 carat gold vermeil. The heart is threaded onto a sterling silver chain & fastens with a lobster claw clasp. The necklace can be worn two ways - please see images from the front and the back, this gives two slightly different looks. The heart pendant has been designed and hand drawn by One Button founder Amanda and translated into sterling silver by a silversmith.
 
For our 925 sterling silver jewellery we use 14 carat solid gold of at least 2.5 microns thickness. Vermeil is a technique originating in the 19th century where gold was applied to sterling silver. Vermeil is 5 times thicker than normal gold plate (which can tarnish & wear off) and therefore far more durable for your jewellery.
 
DIMS: The chain is approx 40cm plus 2cm extension chain. The heart is approx 1.5cm long and 1.5cm at its widest point, it is approx 0.2cm thick.
