Cumberland is our cheeky and cute sausage dog with oxidised silver spotty details & a 14k gold vermeil heart on his nose. This necklace boasts our medium sized Cumberland, set on a sterling silver chain. The necklace will come packaged in our lovely gift pouch & we recommend storing your jewellery in the pouch away from air & dust. Cumberland has been designed and hand drawn by One Button founder Amanda and translated into sterling silver by a silversmith.
For our 925 sterling silver jewellery we use 14 carat solid gold of at least 2.5 microns thickness. Vermeil is a technique originating in the 19th century where gold was applied to sterling silver. Vermeil is 5 times thicker than normal gold plate (which can tarnish & wear off) and therefore far more durable for your jewellery.
DIMS: The chain is approx 42cm plus 3.5cm extension chain. Cumberland is approx 3.4cm long and 1.5cm high.
